WHy is it that the shoes that really made my knee feel better aren't good for my feet? I ran an 8x400 workout yesterday and on the second 400, I could feel a spot rubbing on my MP joint of my big two. Well, on the third one, I looked at my shoe, and there's a spot of red forming. Now I have a nice raw spot on my foot, but a happy knee. Hopefully, a few well placed slices in the upper of the shoe will take care of that little problem.

Has anyone else had this issue of shoes rubbing the wrong way and how did you deal with it?
