Injuries are always frustrating, no matter when they happen or what time of the training cycle it is. Taking the time off, no matter how hard it is, is the best thing to do. .(look who's talking! I told my Prof, the one who looked at my knee, that I was taking it easy this week. So what did I do yesterday? Ran 10 miles, including a workout. Silly rabbit.) If you rest the injury and cross train, then you'll be stronger next time around. Be paitent!
Best of luck, RNR girl
