I actually got one today.. and both my legs feel like trigger points from top to bottom.. seriously he only really got to work deeply on one leg.. so I'm wondering if I should try to fit in another one before Boston.. don't usually do two... schedulewise though I'd have to do it next Saturday. Thoughts? I'm also registered for a 10K April 10th..thought it'd help with speed pre- Boston.. Zeke.. do you think that's a bad idea?
