Ankle tendon injury while training for marathon

Hi everyone, so I was running 3-5 miles several times a week and was supposed to "officially" start my marathon training yesterday but I overdid it running and strained a tendon in my ankle (peroneal tendon). Any tips on how to get this to heal quickly? I am icing it and using inflammation ointment 3-4 times a day and I can't run for at least 2 weeks per doctor, I am super stressed about this and getting behind in training, my marathon (my first) is June 28th and I had planned on doing a half marathon on April 17th. Any help or tips would be awesome, thank you!!!
