V - tell H congratulations for me. He's in 'the club' now. No photos necessary, if you want the memory to last forever, just write down the date and time on a "certificate" for THE FIRST AND LAST WEST SONOMA COUNTY INTERNATIONAL MARATHON.
As for you - your entry into the club will definitely be at the Big sur Marathon. You know what to do for the knee. As we used to say at Davis, the hay is in the barn - meaning don't sweat the training anymore, just get yourself healthy and ready to perform.
