2 long runs per week? That's not going to help you get faster.
If you really want to improve at the marathon distance, you need to race shorter distances with some degree of regularity. Especially since you're not all that keen on speed workouts. 5Ks and 10Ks enable you to hone running economy and stride turnover that will certainly serve you well come marathon day.
