I am seeking advice from you more experienced marathoners.. I've only done three... I know I need time off after a marathon because I don't want to risk injury but I hate not running! I didn't run the first day, walked the next two... and was planning on running today but now it is raining. SHould I make myself run anyway or just rest it out the next two days (rain is forecast). I hate not running but I don't want to be foolish and injure myself. How long/many days do you advise refraining from running post-marathon?
