I am running the marine corps marathon on Sunday. I tapered this week.. but not too much.. still about 7 or 8 miles a day.. Saturday I will only do 4.. but I have been eating slightly MORE than usual.. Higdon suggests cutting back to avoid weight gain.. I'm nervous that my increase of intake plus decrease of exercise (both now but especially post-marathon) will cause weight gain. Anyone have advice/experience regarding this?
