I just did this one, it was my first and I thought it was great! Even though it wasn't the best weather that day, I thought it was well organized, alot of support and overall a great experience. There are more 1/2 marathoners than full so the runners peter out after mile 13 but it's good because you have plenty of personal space and you're still running with a crowd like a local road race.
