You do not mention the early pace of those first 2 efforts (4:04 and 3:48). I'm guessing they were too fast. Q: are you getting faked out w/ faulty Yasso data? You certainly wouldn't be the first. They cause far too many runners to claim unreasonable notions of marathon fitness.
Now back to your basic question, is a 3:20 a reasonable goal next week? It is not. However, run a solid 3:30, w/ even splits throughout and you'll have accomplished a key breakthrough race.
