Thanks for the responses. Yes, Philly is sold out, but I have a legitimate entry if needed. I live in NYC and want something close so that's why Philly is appealing to me. I don't really want to have to travel. I have a friend doing the Philly half so it could work out. So, any thoughts on the training? Do a 13 mile marathon pace run 2 weeks out, a 20 miler 3 weeks out and a 13 miler 4 weeks out? And scatter in some tempo and speed runs during the week?
