I very much aware of what to do to try to prevent it but I was wondering what would be the best way to deal with it if/when it happens??
I've taken it real real easy the last 3 weeks because I needed to rest some injuries so I have a feeling I may be a little undertrained this sunday during chicago. So with that in mind I am may hit the wall earlier than the 18-20 mile mark so I wanted to know how to properly handle it. I know to stay hydrated and fueled during but I am sure it is more to it than that. Thanks!
