That was very careless of you, Calgary Runner, to say how much the domestic chores helped in your recuperation... you won't hear the end of that one... :))))))

Stretching: always after (it really helps, along with a slow jog...). Stretching before is a bit more contested. In fact one

1- should warm up a bit before stretching;

2- should keep in mind that stretching is 'static' (no back-and-forth movement).
