Anyone else have type 1 diabetes? I'd love to chat about training and managing blood sugars, nutrition, etc.
I am currently training for my first marathon. So far I've been doing OK, although last week after my long run (9 miles) I felt terribly ill. Kept feeling nauseous and like I was going to pass out. Blood sugars were OK, I don't think I was dehydrated, so I'm not sure what happened.
