Hello, I am training for a marathon in October - 10 weeks left for training. Last week I started feeling some pain in my groin - it is not too painful but hasn't gone away in the last week. Should I be concerned? Also, what should I consider doing to lessen the impact?
FYI - it doesn't really hurt while I run - only before and after - and mostly when I use my stomach muscles to get up from a sitting position.
Your thoughts are appreciated.
