I'm 4 weeks from my next marathon and I have a slightly sore upper hamstring. When I run or stretch, I feel tightness & some discomfort in the upper portion of my hamstring, all the way into my glute. I've visited my massage therapist but there wasn't really any sore spots for her to "work out".
Is complete rest the only option I have (plus continued stretching exercises) or is there something more I can do, to help me be ready in 4 weeks?
