A: Yes. Refer to the lane calculator I provided you previously for exact distances of each lane. Some tracks have 6 lanes, others 8.

"How can I find out how many meters the track actually is?"

A: first, find the finish line. If your track is 400m (and I'm guessing it must be) there will be an arced white line painted on the track approx. 10 meters from the finish on the straightaway. That white line would be identified as "1 mile" or "mile start".
