has anyone found a calorie calculator or formula that includes elevation gains / losses?
i do many trail runs & would like to make sure i get the right nutrition in me afterwards.
my guess is that a 9min/mile on flat is not the same as a 15(+/-)min/mile with 1000ft elevation gain in 1.7 miles.
also i almost always carry a pack with h20, camera, & 1 or 2 other small things.
any help is appreciated i hope all be wonderful :)
