No concrete running. Perfect! (It amazes me how many people log most of their mileage on concrete sidewalks — then wonder why they're chronically injured.)
The Equalons are a good shoe for you. You do have a Morton's Toe dynamic (one foot only) that apparently now seems to be addressed by the newer inserts.
At this point, simply scale your miles w/ wisdom, stay healthy, and best wishes when you pin on a number this fall.
