You could have a bit of residual scarring from that accident now triggering nerve irritation.

Either way, the entrapment can be readily treated by a local physical or massage therapist, and many chiros. Definitely by anyone in your area who practices Active Release techniques.

Just ask a coach at a local running club or college. He/she will know exactly where to go for expert soft tissue therapy.
