Fellow runners - hello! I have never done this before so I'm wondering on your opinion about breaking up miles throughout the day. For instance, running 4-5 miles in the morning and then 4-5 in the afternoon. Is it less effective than running 8 miles straight? I'm thinking about trying it a few days a week and just wondering if it is helpful for training or not as effective in overall fitness. Thanks! Ang
