getting faster

I am very frustrated and disappointed in myself. I started running races about a year ago. My first 10K I ran a 7.40 min/mile pace and about the same for my first 1/2 marathon. Since then I've done two marathons - the first of which I ran in 3 hours 40 minutes. However, recently when I run my daily 6-7 miles and my saturday long runs of 9-11 miles, I can't seem to get any faster than 8.30 min/miles and usually hover between 8.45-9.15. I hate running so slow!!! What is going wrong? I ran a marathon about a month and a half ago, but I feel like I should be recovered by now. Am I just getting lazy? Help!
