Insert Wearer

I have flat, wide feet (very attractive!), and I put inserts into my motion control running shoes. The best one I've tried so far is from Ten Seconds. Here's an address: http://www.tenseconds.com/flatfootsport.htm I like that brand, but I'll pretty much try any insert that says "low arch," or "motion control." I don't always wear the most supportive running shoes and inserts for shorter distances, but I'll be sure to wear them for anything over six miles. As for my "regular shoes," I've never worn arch supports.
