foot cramps

I start getting cramps in my toes and feet during long runs. They start at about mile 15 and I have to stop to stretch my toes in order to stop the cramping. Last year, during my first marathon, I had to stop about every mile after mile 15 to stretch my toes and feet. I drink plenty of water and gaterade during the run so I don't feel it is a hydration problem. I also eat bananas and take potassium pills daily. I am running my 2nd marathon next Sunday and am worried that I will have problems with the cramping again. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this?
