Pace in post marathon runs

I ran DC marathon about two weeks ago. Didn't have the best race time-wise, but recovery was quick and painless.. three days rest and then right back to my usual 7-mile a day runs. Saturday night I fell during a basketball game and did something to my left calf - pulled/strained/twisted/bruised? Not sure. It feels VERY tight - especially on stairs. I have stretched, iced, applied heat, and massaged the area. IT's better but not perfect. I took three days off from running but yesterday and today I've done 10-milers. My calf doesn't hurt too much during the run but I can tell I'm compensating and starting to get pain in a chronically troublesome hamstring. Most frustrating is how SLOW I'm running - 9 min miles - NOT good for me. IS that typical for two weeks after a marathon or do you think it's due to the injury?
