Mainly on a on an outdoor track. But this winter all the snow forced me to run through the streets/sidewalks. I usually run to a nearby(1.5 miles away) reservoir that is about 2 miles around and loop it 2-4 times then run home. It's got several hills/inclines. All of my 15+ mile runs were done on the track. Why? Was 9 minutes alot/over average to slow down from a first to a second marathon?
