I made sure to hydrate well the day before, the night before, the morning of and during the race. I don't care for gels so I use the chews instead. I take them every hour. I didn't feel this time I went out to fast then other races. I was more then sufficient with my weekly volume. I did 2 LR or 20+. My first one was 20 then the following week was 22. I'll try running my last 1/3 faster, hopefully that will help.
Thanks for the advice I might have another marathon in 3 weeks not sure yet, but I do have one for sure in May so i'll be trying everything for the next one.
