Do you hydrate well enough during the race? Use gels? Could you simply be going out too fast? Do you have sufficient weekly volume? How many LRs of 20 miles or more do you accrue?
Lastly, consider running the last 1/3 of your LRs at a faster rate than the first 2/3. It'll teach you how to maintain efficient form when your energy starts to flag on race day.
