Thanks for your response. Well, I guess by "low," I mean BQ-ing. In my case, I need to shed about 18 minutes in 6 months. I have one year of steady training at 25-30 mpw under my belt, but plan to up mileage by 10 and continue to mix in VO2 max, Tempo and long runs. I'm trying to pin down a reasonable goal MP (not easy to predict) that doesn't sell myself short, nor lock-in the unreasonable.
