Hi ,
Have been running regularly and now manage 22k long run once a week with shorter runs during the week.
Problem is reaching 20k and finally at 22km burn out and legs just dont move and after that for 30 min legs hurt.
Running the full in Jan 3rd week any suggestions how to overcome the wall at 22 and continue and any stretches or nutrition before practise long run. Also what preparations before final run day. Need to finish this year as this has been tough after a bout with Lyphoma and Chemo
