As a result of an early injury I was inactive all of August and behind the training schedule on long runs until I did a 20 miler last Sunday. I have been doing 35 miles a week for the past 4 weeks. Is it smart to do 2 more 20 milers the next two weekends before tapering off the last two weeks or am I better off doing less this weekend and just 1 more 20 miler the weekend after? Thanks in advance for any advice!
