Stomach problems on my long runs

I am training for the chicago marathon in october just finishing my first 20 mile run. Last week was an 18. I have trained for 3 other marathons over the years with the same problem— I hit my wall at around 18. My energy is gone and my stomach issues start. I almost always vomit when I stop running and have severe cramps and diarea for hours after. Can anyone suggest a good diet to overcome this problem. I do watch what I eat throughout the week and try to fuel up for the day. I am looking for more specific foods that seem to work for people while giving me the proper fuel that I need. Also, any suggestions for fueling up on the race day. I cannot seem to stomach any sort of Goo or food during a run due to my week stomach. Thanks eveyone
