2.5 months to go and I'm getting tired! Help with long runs.

I'm training for my first marathon. I have been running quite a bit for 5-6 years (barring giving birth to my child 18 months ago). I've been using a Jeff Galloway training plan (novice). He emphasizes walk/run combo and I do this on my long runs (a little). I have increased the midweek mileage and a typical week might be 3 miles fast, 7 miles "race pace", 5 miles "intervals), a cross training day and a long run. Today, I did 15 miles. The first ten were great, great, great. But then 10- 13 were a bummer and 13-15 were a real bummer (run 5-6 minutes, walk a minute).

The thought that I have to increase this 11 more miles is totally unbelievable at this point!

I think I started too fast and didn't take enough walk breaks. I simply couldn't run slower! I was all excited and there is this feeling of "get the run done." I did hydrate well and did the gu every 45 min or so.

Any other tips on helping me increase my long runs? My next one is 17 miles and I can't imagine...
