did I read this right, you ran 3,7,5 then 15? that would make your long run 50% of your total weekly mileage? I've found (after 10 years of marathon training) that I do lots better when my long run is less than 30% of my total. Not saying it can't be done. I would skip the speed and go for more miles. You will also find that when you've been at this longer it does get easier, consistency REALLY helps...
