I am trainging for a marathon end of Sep and a 50k end of October. 2 weeks ago my right Achilles was mildly irrated I ran and it went away. 7 days ago I did a hard 7 miles and felt fine. The next day my Achilles tendon hurt after 20 steps. I have rested for the last 7 days icing and it feels the same, maybe just barely better. I can walk about ten steps and feel nothing then in another 20 its back to the same pain. I think i can run with it but i don't want to further injure it. Im trying biking today to see if I can at least do that to avoid losing all much of my base. Any ideas here?
