I am a 34y/o pretty active female running a marathon for the first time in November. I have been running leisurely for 4 years. My goal for the marathon is to enjoy and complete it. My question is how exhausted will i be after the race? I know this is a difficult question to answer, but I will be in NY 3 days after the race to take in the city and I'm concerned that i will be too drained to enjoy it.
