Running schedule

I am unable to do my longest run prior to tapering due to scheduling mishap - can I get away with doing 2 15 mile runs instead of a 20 mile run? I still have 2 more long runs prior to taper and was planning on doing a 17-20 mile run next week then ??? before tapering. I just ran 21 miles this week (16 the week before and 19 before that). So to follow that schedule through 17 - 13 - 19 - 16 - 21 - ?? - ?? - then taper.

Am I overthinking this? I don't want to injure myself, but I also don't want to undertrain.

I know I should be following a schedule and I am trying, but I find myself mapping out runs and then adding to it for the fun of running. ANy help is appreciated.
