I am currently training for my first marathon. I have plenty of time to experiment with gu's and bars. from what I have read it is important to use them and important to adjust to them before the race. Does anyone have any other suggestions of pre race foods or race foods? Also, are any of the gel's stand outs in the running community? I could care less about taste. I can eat anything happily. I am stricly looking for performantce!
