I like that. I've always been good about listening to my body and giving it what it wants, it's usually right. But when I'm 3.5 hours into a run it says "what the H are you doing, stop for crying out loud, you're killing me!" I just need to ignore that until I get through it and reward it somehow in the end... maybe a little "Guinness for strength". The indoor track I trained on part of the time is over a quarter mile around, so it's not too loopy.
