Doing a 10K for the first time and I have runner's knee. The pain in the bottom edge of my patella when I run. It's only in one knee and if i stop and stretch I can continue running but only for a few hundred feet where i have to stop and stretch it again. Is there something I can wear for the 10K on saturday. I tried one of those bands around the knee cap but it doesn't help, maybe I bought one that was too cheap. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I don't want to NOT finish my first ever race due to knee pain.
