I recently lost over 100 lbs and although i still need to lose 60 more i jog or bike ride everyday so for my weight i' m in ok shape. I'm confuse because I want to do the nike half marathon next year and it seems like everything I read says a runner needs lots of carbs.This past year my diet has been very low carb, if I consume lots of carbs can I still lose weight or is that advice for in shape runners with no weught to lose.
