I have been running between 4 and 5 miles about 3 times per week. I absolutely love running. I am planning on running a half marathon in September and I want to know what kind of training program I should be on so that I can finish the run. I have been doing some weight training on my off days as well. What kind of food should I be eating, what kind of training program should I be on? I am currently running a 10 min/mile right now. I would greatly appreciate any help!
