Hello Ladies!
What a perfect board to ask the question I've been shy to ask!
I just completed my 1st Marathon in San Francisco this past Sunday (YAYY!!!).
BUT now I'm facing a weird situation... I woke up yesterday (Tuesday) and realized I had light spotting (kind of like the beginning of a period). I had my period a week before the marathon and I have never ever had anything like this happen before!
Would my doing 26.2 miles make my body to react this way?
Before training for the marathon I wasn't much of an exerciser & during the 5 months of training I didn't encounter anything this weird either.
Please help me. I'm a little scared & have no girlfriends that are athletic enough to help me figure this one out... =0(

Oh and FYI- nothing else is weird apart from that: no pain, no pms, no bloating, etc.
