"State of the Art Training Program"?
I'd like to know if this is truly a successful 18 week training program and what results anyone has had with it before I invest any time or swet in it.
I'm kind of concerned about the fact that the highest weekly mileage is only 46 miles, although it does include three LSD runs of 20, 21 and 23 miles in the last 11 weeks prior to the marathon.
I have been following Liberman's mileage build up schedule and like that very much. It has helped me gain muscular endurance, plus provides adequate slow down days for rest and recovery.
