9 days to Marathon. I have 102º fever, cough. Help!

I've managed to prepare for my first marathon in 25 years without any kind of injury or illness until this week. Zll of a sudden I am up all night with a deep, wheezing cough and a fever that fluctuates from 100-102º-depending on when I've taken my latest does of ibuprofen. I missed my workout today-while spending most of the day flat on my back-aching from head to toe. Tomorrow's run is looking very questionable. Saturday is usually an off-day from running—and Sunday is planned long run of 10 miles. As you might expect, I am freaking out. I don't know what to do—take 2, 3 (or more days off) and then go back to my planned schedule—or change everything up and get in the planned runs when I (if I) can..?? I feel so bad that I'm really worried I might not be able to run a week from Saturday! Any advice, suggestions, encouragement.. would be greatly, greatly appreciated!
