Hey All you Runners out there!!
I've been a runner for about 2.5 years, have completed numerous 10K's and Half-Marathons in that time and have taken the plunge and have my FIRST FULL Marathon coming up in just under 5 weeks...therefore, I'm in the thick of my training now. I am, however, experiencing a problem: I'm exhausted all the time, this week, my motivation to run at all seems to have gone down the tubes and I've put on about 7 pounds since the beginning of my training. what's going on there?? How can I put weight on when running so much?!?!? and, would it be detrimental to take a week off running this close to race day to try and remotivate myself?? any advice would be appreciated!!!
