Hello, I am intersted to know what my marathon pace should be and read that a good way to do that is use a recent race tim to estimate your marathon pace. For those experienced runners, is it a good idea to race a 1/2 marathon 3 weeks from the race itself? Do I risk over-doing it? thanks! Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
