Crohn's & Colitis Team Challenge Official Charity

Las Vegas, NV – January 21, 2009 – The Competitor Group (CGI) today
announced that online registration has opened for the inaugural Rock 'n'
Roll Las Vegas Marathon and Half Marathon powered by Zappos.com to benefit
the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America. The race, scheduled for
December 6, 2009, is expected to draw over 20,000 runners and will feature
more than 70 live bands along the scenic course.

"Partnering a world-class running event with world-class attractions will
make this experience unlike any other," said Adam Zocks, General Manager.
"Las Vegas is synonymous with 'rock and roll' and we're excited to create a
signature event in one of the preeminent destinations in the nation. We'll
place live bands, cheerleaders and themed water stations at each mile along
the race course and entertain participants in true Las Vegas style."

Both the full and half marathon courses are currently planned to start
together on Las Vegas Boulevard with the finish line adjacent to Mandalay
Bay. Online registration for each race is open at www.rnrvegas.com.

Extending its partnership with the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon series, the
Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) has accepted the role of
official and exclusive charity of the Las Vegas event.

"We are confident that the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's partnership with
the Competitor Group for the inaugural Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon and
Half Marathon will further elevate awareness of Crohn's Disease and
Ulcerative Colitis and raise much-needed funds for patients suffering,"
says Staci Brown, National Director for the Foundation. "With over 1.4
million Americans living with the chronic and debilitating pain of Crohn's
and Colitis, collectively known as Inflammatory Bowel Disease, involvement
in this energetic event will allow the Foundation to tap into new markets
and reach new heights in its awareness-building and fundraising efforts."

"At Zappos.com, we like to rock and we like to roll, so it only makes sense
for us to sponsor the Las Vegas Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and Half Marathon,"
said Zappos CEO, Tony Hsieh. "And since our headquarters are located in Las
Vegas, it gives our employees a chance to train and run together for a good
cause."

Event weekend will begin with a two-day Health & Fitness Expo where all
participants must go to pick up their race number. The expo will also
feature more than one hundred running and fitness retailers, exhibits and
clinics.

"We know Las Vegas will be a phenomenal event," added Zocks. "The start and
finish line on the strip will lend the same grandeur to this course as our
participants feel when running along the oceanfront boardwalk in Virginia
Beach, past the historic Alamo in San Antonio and through Music Row in
Nashville."

Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas is now part of a national series of ten musically
themed marathons and half-marathons. Launched in 1998, the groundbreaking
concept uniquely combines entertainment with a 26.2 mile road course. The
series, which originated in San Diego, includes events in Phoenix,
Nashville, Seattle, Chicago, Virginia Beach, San Jose and San Antonio.
